Michael Lalonde is a Director in KPMG’s People & Change practice in Atlanta. He currently leads KPMG’s global Behavioral Change Management community for HCM Cloud implementations. Throughout his career he has led large HR Transformation process and strategy programs with impacts on organizational design, change management, talent management and HR service delivery. Michael’s expertise is in resetting organizational culture, refining the overall employee experience and delivering sustainable change across diverse, global populations drawing on his more than 20+ years of leading Human Resources strategy & technology transformations. Michael has an MBA from Georgia State University, and is also a member of multiple boards, industry societies and non-profits.
