Al Cano supports the Human Resources function for GM Financial’s IT Division. Previously, he served as the HR Director for Taco Bueno Restaurants, where he implemented AI technology into the organization's recruiting and hiring processes through the integration of HCM systems. He also previously served as Global HR Manager for Rent-A-Center Mexico, where he led HR and talent acquisition start-up functions for the company. He has more than 13 years of experience in the HR and talent acquisition spaces, both in North America and Latin America, and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
