Aimée Dodson leads Movement Mortgage’s Thrive department, which is devoted to helping employees thrive in four areas: families and relationships, health and wellness, personal finance, and in community involvement. Movement staff experience outstanding value and care in the workplace through the company’s Thrive program. With Aimée’s oversight, Movement’s culture initiatives receive unparalleled employee response and engagement, resulting in a truly “Thriving” company environment. Prior to joining Movement, Aimée owned and operated a financial services company for small businesses and start-ups. She provided start-up support for Movement Mortgage founders and has served as a member of the executive team since 2008. Aimée studied acting and broadcast journalism at the University of Colorado, Boulder and lives with her husband and three daughters in Charlotte, NC
