Known for her energetic, proactive and inclusive leadership style, Judith Garcia Galiana is a 3M Company executive with 30 years of experience across diverse businesses and international markets.

She currently serves as Vice President for 3M Global Service Centers, supporting the whole company by housing all transactional activities worldwide.

Judith started her career as a process engineer at 3M’s Rivas manufacturing plant in Madrid, Spain. From there, she moved to roles with increasing responsibility in technical support, sales and marketing. In 1997, she became the first woman to serve on the Operating Committee for 3M Iberia. Other leadership positions she’s held include Managing Director for 3M Turkey, Six Sigma Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Global Vice President for Home Care (Scotch-Brite) and Professional Cleaning Divisions and Vice President for Change Management.

Judith holds an MBA from the IESE – Universidad de Navarra and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the ETSIIM – Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. Born in Madrid, she has lived in Milan, Brussels, London, and Istanbul before moving to her current home in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

In addition to her responsibilities at work, Judith also takes time to volunteer for causes that are important to her. She is the Executive Sponsor for the Latino Resource Network at 3M, which includes 400+ employees of Hispanic/Latino origin and also serves on the board for the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, the 3M Foundation and Prospanica, the largest US association for Hispanic professionals.

Judith and her husband Alberto are avid skiers, and they both share a passion for classical music, opera and art.
