Michael Thibault is the CEO and founder of Restaurant Review Manager, the only restaurant-focused, done-for-you online reputation management solution. Michael’s underlying goal for Restaurant Review Manager is to protect, leverage and market his client’s online reviews to increase their sales…with no work on their part. As a reformed 25-year restaurant industry veteran, Michael has owned, operated and managed 6 different businesses in the food-service trade, starting from scratch and growing them into multi-million-dollar businesses. Due to his success in the food-service industry, specifically the catering field, people began to seek Michael out for advice on how to start, build and market catering divisions for their restaurants. Michael then started a consulting firm to help restaurant and catering owners grow their business. Speaking since 2002, Michael has had the opportunity to share his insights at various Corporate and Independent seminars in both the US and Canada. Topics have included: Marketing, Customer Service, Employee Motivation, Review Management and Restaurant Operations. Michael has also been a contributing author on two books: “A Complete Online and Offline Roadmap to Marketing Your Independent Restaurant” and “Restaurant Marketing in the New Economy.” Michael holds a BBA in Accounting and Business Administration from Walsh College and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Macomb Community College Culinary Arts and Marketing Department.
