Heather Wilkerson is a seasoned customer experience and marketing executive, with more than 20 years of technology, media, data and marketing experience. Ms. Wilkerson leads Marketing for Registria, a technology company focused on helping the world’s leading product brands to deliver a powerful ownership experience and she is passionate about how brands interact with customers and how to drive value - for the brand and the customer. Prior to joining Registria, Heather was a Principal Customer Experience (CX) Strategist at Oracle working with global brands on the development and implementation of their CX initiatives and has held other marketing leadership roles at global marketing agencies, Epsilon, Merkle and DoubleClick (now a part of Google).
