Pierre Dechamps is Policy Officer for climate change in the research and innovation DG of the European Comission. Pierre was previously the adviser for energy and climate change in the Bureau of European Policy Advisers of the President Jose Manuel Barroso. Pierre has been working more than 16 years at the Commission, and has previous experience in industry and academia.
