Patrick Richards is the Product Manager for Electronic Payments at Crane Connectivity Solutions, a joint venture between Crane Payment Innovations and Crane Merchandising Systems. He is responsible for Crane’s global cashless vending product offerings and brings over 13 years of payments experience to the industry. With multiple degrees from The Pennsylvania State University as well as a certified Project Management Professional, his focus is managing a broad cashless product portfolio, new product development and finding ways to help operators simplify their relationship with technology.
