Saskia Wilson-Brown's interest in transmedia practices led her to create The Institute for Art and Olfaction in 2012. A non-profit devoted to experimentation with the IAO has partnered with the Goethe Institut, Getty Institute, Danish Film Institute, National Media Museum UK, and many more. In 2013, she launched the Art and Olfaction Awards, celebrating independent and experimental perfumers.
