Erin G. Jackson is a Shareholder in the firm. For the past 18 years, Erin has defended both private and public-sector employers before state and federal courts and agencies. Erin has experience representing a broad range of employers, including large hospitals, retail establishments, call centers, manufacturing companies, accounting firms, pharmaceutical companies, financial services businesses, software development companies, health care providers, school districts and municipalities. She assists employers in managing the employment relationship, conducts investigations into claims of harassment and discrimination, develops strategies for relations with labor organizations, handles disputes involving non-competition agreements, conducts training of supervisors and management, and defends employers through trials and appeals when they are wrongfully accused of violation of employment laws. Erin graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, where she served on the Law Review and the Mock Trial team. Since 2006, Erin has been Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law. She is AV-Rated 5.0/5.0 by Martindale Hubbell. Erin is also a member of the Finance and Governance Committees for the Glazer Children’s Museum, and she is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Tampa.
