Steve has been an Orlando community member for over 30 years and spent 10 years at The Walt Disney Company, where he formed his powerful vision, strengthened by his service background and ability to command an audience. His extensive background in customer service, marketing, and relationship-building inspired him to establish his own company, a leading data-driven consulting firm focused on enhancing the customer journey. LMS, Inc. has recently grown by 200 percent under Steve’s leadership, and his company is a candidate for the 2018 Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing private companies in America. Steve harnesses over two decades of expertise in Big Data and analytics, marketing, and technology. Steve and his team of innovators form game-changing strategies and assist brands in gaining market share. Together, they advance and develop new proprietary tools to benefit their nationally recognized partners in the Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality, Health, Casino/ Gaming, and other Service-driven industries. A sought-after speaker for multiple organizations, Steve is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and a former Vice President of Memberships of the American Marketing Association (AMA). He is recognized by the United States Postal Service (USPS) as an expert in the area of address data and address quality. Steve was in the top 3 of 150 speaker sessions at the National Postal Forum and maintains an active membership in Vistage International, the world’s leading business advisory and executive coaching organization. Steve is married to Kristie and they have two children, Brendan and Sara.
