Richard joined Alter NRG in 2009 as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. He became Chief Operating Officer in late 2009 and was appointed President of Alter NRG in 2010. Richard has 30+ years of expertise in industrial, automotive and energy companies. During his tenure he has led multiple acquisitions and driven growth that have led to 3 successful company sales/exits. His background includes senior executive positions at both Fortune 500 and Private Equity funds where his strong track record includes M & A, restructuring and turnarounds. In his current role, Richard leads global business development, strategic partnerships and acquisitions for AlterNRG and holds his degree from the University of Virginia.
