David Ludlow is Group Vice President, Product Management. His areas of focus include HCM Research and Product Strategy for the Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for SAP and SuccessFactors. He and his team conduct original research into current trends and future topics that are impacting HR and HR technology. They also help define and prioritize areas for investment across the HCM product portfolio and help bring the products to market. His team works with customers, partners, industry analysts, and development to ensure SAP is delivering the best HCM solutions for its customers. David has been with SAP for 20 years and has more than 25 years of experience in the HCM solution space. David is a member of the Governing Board of Directors of the Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA).
