Lindsey Copeland is a Solution Expert and Inside Sales Manager at Primero Edge. Her career began as a teacher and transitioned into supporting School Nutrition professionals. During her years with Primero Edge, she has presented at conferences and school districts throughout California and Texas. Lindsey has a passion for bettering the lives of children in and out of the cafeteria. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Sam Houston State University.
