As the Director of Project Services for Kingspan Insulated Panels, Mandi has 20 years in the building industry, including 10 years of insulated metal panels’ experience. Currently leading the Project Services team at Kingspan, Mandi has held a variety of technical positions from drafting to engineering to managing technical teams as well as facades program management. With vast knowledge in product and sales engineering solutions, Mandi provides conceptual thinking, problem solving and unparalleled customer support on design assist and value engineered projects, including many high end architectural and façade projects in the marketplace. Karns earned a Bachelor of Science design in Civil Engineering in Technology from Point Park University and is Lean Six-Sigma certified. She currently holds the Chair position on the IMP Alliance Technical Committee of the Metal Construction Association (MCA).
