Bernard Reybier is the President of Fermob and President of VIA. In 1989 he took over a small 10-person artisanal workshop near Lyon – France and turned it into an over 200 employees company, now worldwide benchmark for colourful creative metal garden furniture that is exported worldwide. The overall turnover of Fermob group is now close to 100 millions $. Strategic design is one of the company’s pillars. Alongside the integrated studio, collaborations with many designers - Pascal Mourgue, Andrée Putman, Terence Conran, Patrick Jouin, Frédéric Sofia, Harald Guggenbichler…- have brought French innovation and design to the forefront, which Bernard Reybier also protects as President of the Via. Numerous awards and museum acquisitions highlight Fermob’s contribution to the world of design on every continent.
