Anat Lechner is a Professor of Business Management at the Stern School of Business, New York University and a Co-Founder of Huegroup Inc., a Color Intelligence company. Professor Lechner’s research focuses on developing companies’ innovation capabilities and outcomes. Her work encompasses various areas including leading strategic change and developing work environments supportive of creativity and innovation. A former Research Fellow at McKinsey & Co. Dr. Lechner has developed a robust methodology for color strategy of products and brands, and world leading color big-data and analytics platform to inform and support color decisions. Featured on NYT, WSJ, BBC and other primer media outlets, Dr. Lechner’s client list includes global Fortune 100 firms in the Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Energy, Food, High Tech, design and Retail industries. Anat holds an MBA and a PhD in Organization Management from Rutgers University, NJ.
