Julie Stein is a Senior Vice President and the Executive Director of Sunset Park at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). She oversees leasing and campus planning for NYCEDC's industrial assets in Sunset Park, including the Brooklyn Army Terminal, Bush Terminal, and the Brooklyn Wholesale Meat Market. In previous roles at NYCEDC, Julie worked on the City's public wholesale food markets in Hunts Point, leading strategic planning related to industry growth opportunities, market facility modernization, infrastructure investment, and resiliency. Julie holds a Master's in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Public Policy from Brown University, and she is a graduate of the Coro Leadership New York program.
