A renowned speaker and thought leader on engagement, culture and organizational transformation, Natalie Baumgartner, Chief Workforce Scientist for Achievers, is an expert in understanding how employee engagement and values alignment can drive strategic business outcomes. She has spent her career advising senior leaders from companies of all sizes – from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 firms – on research and data-driven engagement measurement and management. Her 2012 TED Talk exemplifies her passion for helping both leaders and employees understand the crucial role that culture fit has in driving engagement in the workplace. Baumgartner holds her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of Denver. A mentor at Techstars, she is also a regional co-founder of Culture Lab X, a director on the board of Elevations Credit Union and a board member of the Consulting Psychology division of the American Psychological Association.
