Lydia Hilton




Lydia Hilton is a business attorney at Berman Fink Van Horn in Atlanta, Ga., where she concentrates her practice on drone law. Lydia helps clients secure authority to operate small UAS commercially and develop UAS policies and procedures, including privacy, safety and property rights. In the business of drones, Lydia draws upon her 25 years of experience negotiating and litigating bankruptcy and business claims when everyone wants the same asset. This experience has made her a go-to-resource for working through complex interests, as commonly encountered when making the business case for small UAS. Lydia received her law degree from Emory University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
