Asa Foss is the Director of LEED Residential Technical Development at USGBC where he oversees residential housing sector integration in the LEED Rating System portfolio. He is responsible for developing the program guidelines and technical requirements of LEED for Homes and LEED for Multifamily Midrise, as well as residential requirements in the other LEED v4 BD&C and EBOM rating systems. Asa has a background in green residential housing and has provided expertise in home performance inspections and green home evaluations since 2003.
