Cusanos Bakery is a five generation Artisan Bread Bakery. Our great-great grandparents began baking in New York City after arriving from Sicily, Italy in the early 1900's. In 1966 our family began baking in South Florida. We proudly now bake in a state the art, 3rd Party Audited, 225,000 sq.ft. bakery plant in Coconut Creek, Florida.
We produce a wide variety of Fresh & Frozen breads. Our product line includes, Artisan Italian & French breads, hamburger buns, brioche, Kaiser rolls, dinner rolls, focaccia, hoagie/sub rolls, Hearth & Pan baked sliced breads. Cusanos distributes our extensive Fresh bread products to many areas of Florida.
Cusanos Frozen Division, produces a variety of bread products and available through our wonderful network of Foodservice distributors in Florida & many other USA states. Cusanos Export Division offer our Frozen bread products for direct service or through our established distributors in the Caribbean and Central America.
