Fizz Dispense Optimization Group has been manufacturing high flow and high purity nitrogen and CO2 systems for liquid or gaseous use. Our Nitro-Draught system can produce brewer grade nitrogen gas with a minimum purity of 99.8% with flows from 1.2L/min to 25L/min. By combing our Nitro-Draught with our Bulk CO2 systems from 300lbs to 50 tons, you will have a handsfree, high flow gas system custom designed for any application from force nitrogenation/carbonation to product transfer.
Fizz also manufacturers DryAiir, Draught Vital and the Fizzinator. The DryAiir system is a high flow, dry air system designed to be used for non-nitrogen/CO2 applications. DryAiir can be used for canning/bottling machines, pumps or any pneumatics in the brewery. Many applications in the brewery can be converted to a desiccant air dryer like DryAiir. Draught Vital is our line of draught and brewery accessories. Products like Draught Vital: Liquid Temperature can be used to monitor 1-4 temperature points in the brewery or draught points from a single location. Our Draught Vital: Liquid Temperature is DC/Solar powered for a single temperature point or AC powered for 2 or more remote sensing. The Fizzinator is an inline carbonator/nitrogenator that can be used to infuse CO2, nitrogen or a custom blend into the beer going to the bright tank, keg to faucet or a growler. Experiment with Fizzinator to create unique gas infusions.
