Aegir is a designer and manufacturer of Meura Mash Filter based automated brewhouses for the Craft brewing industry. Systems range from 15 BBL to 100 BBL batch sizes.
The systems are US designed and built, utilizing the Belgian Meura Mash Filter technology for mash separation.
Accompanying equipment like CIP systems, hop-dosing, and energy recovery systems are also implemented with the Aegir product offering.
