Providence Process Solutions, LLC is a Christian based engineering / design firm dedicated to the beverage industry with emphasis on craft brewery designs. Our designs include both expansions and modifications of existing facilities to completely new facilities ranging from 15 BBL -250 BBL based brewhouses. Our designs are customized to meet the specific process needs and design styles of each craft brewery owner. Providence has aligned with over 30 process top rated process equipment suppliers to ensure system compatibility and optimized efficiencies. Our design program consists of three fundemental phases:
Phase 1 - Customer financials. This GAAP approved 5-year proforma financials incorporates, forecasts, production costs, start-up costs, equipment costs, income statement balance sheet, labor schedule, and is used to support fund procurement activities.
Phase II - Brewery design. Design includes building utility requirements, all process equipment layouts, and process automation and piping designs.
Phase III - Brewery project management - Includes on site supervision of all process equipment installations and process piping.
