The Palm Pistol ® is an ergonomically innovative self-defense firearm specifically intended for disabled, seniors and others with grip limitations due to amputations, limited hand strength, manual dexterity or poor manual dexterity. It is chambered in .38 special and may be held in either hand without regard to orientation of the stock. The zero bore axis eliminates muzzle rise during firing and directs recoil forces directly into the palm. The design permits at least 14 different gripping positions.
