Remtec manufactures cost effective metallized ceramic sensors with different technologies based on high density thick and thin films oftentimes combined with plating: PCTF® (Plated Copper on Thick & Thin Film) or AgENIG® (Electroless Ni-immersion Au over TF Ag). Applications include motion/velocity and acceleration systems, electrical measurement (capacitance and resistance), medical monitoring, diagnostic and detection, optical such as light sources, infrared detectors and fiber optics, liquid and gas flow, temperature and thermal conductivity as well as wireless sensors. Special features: continuous high temperature operation to 200oC and in harsh environments, multilayers, hermetic low dc resistance plugged via holes, solderable and wire bondable.
