In 1946, we began a people-centered journey that continues today: a quest to release the true potential of ancient cocoa to benefit the farmer, inspire the producer, and delight the consumer. Family owned and operated, we are proud that a third generation is now taking up the challenge of producing and selling incredible chocolate.



 



Agostoni Chocolate (the US subsidiary of ICAM SPA) demands the highest quality fermented beans from our farming partners and will not engage in trade that harms our partners or the ecology of the farming region. Harnessing state-of-the-art technologies to Italian artisan tradition, we are committed to eco-sustainability, a vision realized in our new factory in the Italian lakes region.



 



Our private-label program offers premium organic, fair trade and conventional bars and cioccolatini for retailers and consumer-brand companies. Our success is founded on Agostoni-controlled farm-to-bar processing and production. We offer superior product flexibility: custom recipes with a wide range of inclusions, packaging and molds. With an annual private label molded chocolate output equivalent to more than 70 million 3.5 oz bars per year for private label customers, we have a proven record of experience.



 



In 2014, Agostoni Chocolate introduced the “Lost World” Vanini brand of chocolate bars, featuring single origin cocoa from the Bagua region of the Peruvian Amazon. The range comes in six flavors, each combining Bagua cacao beans—cultivated for more than 3000 years—with traditional and locally sourced Italian ingredients, such as aromatic rosemary or sundrenched Mediterranean orange peel.
