Entelechy offers pre-construction services for the glazing contractor. In addition to fulfilling basic drafting need, we create and utilize Performance models. This precision helps to reinforce design. The accumulated information is embedded in the model and facilitates our fabrication submissions. The embedded information also allows us to extract valuable data specifically tailored for each client’s needs. Such as, an optimized extrusion list, glass takeoff, material takeoff, frame count, etc. Files from the performance model can integrate with CAM software for CNC machining and it is compliant with modern BIM requirements. It is a true one source model.
PERFORMANCE MODELS are soundly integrated in that they contain all components of the project and share usable data. If a change is made to a performance model all dependent components are changed accordingly.
