5 Spoke Creamery is all about handmade, grass-fed, raw cow's milk cheeses. Our dairy farm is in Goshen, NY ( 1 hour north of NYC) and our name reflects our lifelong love of biking; how riding a bike lets you be "in the moment", similar to making small batch cheeses. Our name also reflects our belief that like riding a bike, blance is the key to a healhty lifestyle. Our cheeses are made from raw milk, which is considered by many to have health benefits not available in pastuerized milk.
In addition to our committment to making excellent, European style raw milk cheeses, 5 Spoke Creamery is commited to sustainability. We are 100% solar powered and are in the process of developing a pollinator program to rebuild the bee population that has been decimated by overuse of pesticides.
