At Bees and Trees Manuka Honey we pack our honey directly from the hive to the jar. Our honey is harvested from remote pristine areas in the Taranaki region of New Zealand. We let Mother Nature do the work, then put it in the jar and deliver it to you. Our Manuka honey has a wonderful, sweet, buttery & bold taste. Our Manuka honey is region specific, and we produce all of the Manuka honey that we sell. We don't buy honey from other producers. We are not aiming to sell the most Manuka honey, just the best.
At Bees & Trees Manuka Honey, we make transparency and traceability hallmarks of our brand. We use independent labs to test and certify the level of dietary methylglyoxal (MG) in our honey. We also hire Oritain, a global leader in food source authentication, to verify the origin of our honey. We've also implemented a tracking and traceability system that includes radio frequency (RFID) tags on all of our hives and honey boxes. These tags track our hives via GPS to the actual site where the honey is produced. When we say “hive-to-jar” we know the exact location of the hives that go into each batch. We work hard to make it easy for you to decide which brand of Manuka Honey to trust.
