"Abokichi produces Japan-inspired packaged foods. We started selling onigiri (Japanese rice balls) at farmer's markets and wanted to use Japanese-style chili oil as an onigiri filling. Unable to source a clean-label chili oil, we decided to make our own original and all-natural condiments for onigiri, and the reaction was incredible! Abokichi had created not only OKAZU-filled onigiri fans, but fans of OKAZU in general. We started bottling it and have found that the culinary applications for OKAZU are endless.
