RedDress, a private medical device company, developed the RD1, which is based on RedDress’ proprietary patented technology, enables health care providers to produce in real time, in vitro whole blood clots, for the management of wounds. The RD1 has been developed to address the need for cost effectiveness and clinical effectiveness of wound care in elderly population.
