Steelheart Refrigeration Series, with its redesigned top mount refrigeration models have up to 10% more internal storage capacity, use less parts for simple, reliable design, and utilize environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Steelheart’s unique louvered and ducted panels deliver optimum airflow throughout the cabinet, which maintains even, NSF-7 temperatures with quick recovery so that food products remain fresh, nutritious, and safe. Hoshizaki uses stainless steel inside and on the front sides and top of the units for maximum durability, cleanability and sustainability.
