Alessa Jewelry is a fairy tale based on the true romance and affection of Yuvraj Pahuja and Alessandra Robles. Their love story began during their studying years at the GemologicaI Institute of America and has transcended into every Alessa piece since 2009.
Alessandra’s story
Born and raised in Guatemala, I have been surrounded by nature, color and warmth my entire life. These elements make an essential part of my upbringing and who I am today. Nature is raw, strong and beautiful and one of the driving forces behind my passion: jewelry. Following my dreams has not been without difficulties but in the face of obstacles it is my determination and strength that has shaped me into the woman I am today. I wanted to create a brand that reflected stories of strength and beauty appealing to women from different backgrounds. My designs aim to empower women in the same way strong women have inspired me. When I met Yuvy, I was instantly drawn to his energy and determination. His ambitious drive became a source of inspiration for me. Together, I had no doubt, we had the power to make our creative dreams a reality.
Yuvraj’s story
My Indian heritage combined with being based in the Middle East have been influential in shaping our brand. I come from a family that has been in the jewelry industry for five generations hence why quality is an essential trait of our brand. Having managed my family’s business for some time, I wanted to create something different within the jewelry industry. With Alessa I was instantly drawn to drawn to her carefree nature and colorful personality. Her laidback character, spiritual energy and strength are my motivation to be the best version of myself. Alessa became my muse and our designs reflect her essence and poise.
