CARVE DESIGNS TO DEBUT NEW SWIM COLLECTION AT SWIM COLLECTIVE IN ANAHEIM, July 31st – August 1st

Sausalito, CA (July X, 2019) – Fulfilling the needs of busy, style-conscious and active women, beach lifestyle brand Carve Designs will exhibit swim and surf styles from their Spring 2020 collection at Swim Collective at Booth #715 in the Anaheim Convention Center July 31st – August 1st.  Dedicated to providing effortless feminine designs for people actively living their best life, Carve Designs will show two new collections, while at the same time increasing the number of styles offered in a wider size range.

Focused on providing premiere products serving both purpose and fashion, Carve Designs’ swim collection stands out with the use of their proprietary fabrics. New for Spring 2020 is the Coconut Balsa, a sustainable collection made from recycled polyester and post-consumer coconut fibers. This fabric is light weight, offering wind protection, airflow, quick-drying, stretch, with UPF 50+ and non PFOA PFC free water repellant finish. Carve Designs will introduce 3 short styles, one skirt and a classic button up in the Coconut Balsa material. Additionally, the new UPF 50+ Fly Weight Collection builds upon the brand’s commitment to transitional apparel, never comprising comfort and effectiveness, offering a quick-dry, light weight sun protection option. The Fly Weight Collection introduces two new sun shirts (one short sleeve and one long sleeve) and a sun dress in the worry-free, sporty, yet feminine fabric made of recycled polyester and spandex.

In efforts of continuing to respect the founding principles of making everyone feel welcomed at the beach, this season Carve Designs has increased the number of styles offered in a wider range of swimwear top sizes (A-DD), not just in bikini tops but also tankinis and one-piece swimsuits. In bottoms, the brand now offers sizes (0-14) across the category, while increasing the option of lengths in shorts to accommodate a diverse and growing community. A play on lengths is something the brand has taken to heart this season not just in shorts but also in dresses. With a traveling customer who visits distant shores, Carve Design’s focused on travel and culture friendly silhouettes and lengths that won’t hold her back.

“We’re determined to keep pushing the boundaries of outdoor apparel and to prove that functional can be fashionable and empowering,” said Creative Director, Jennifer Hinton. “Carve Designs strives to make everyone feel confident in their swimwear, appreciating the curves of all bodies, colors of skin and age, and we continue to stay true to the vision we created over 15 years ago, looking out for their community of women.”

Carve Designs is dedicated to social responsibility and sustainability initiatives that embody the connective spirit of the brand.  Along with a commitment to safe and fair manufacturing, Carve Designs is a member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, whose ethos to reduce environmental impact is reflected in Carve Designs’ business practices. Hoping to serve the brand’s environmentally conscious audience, this season sees a continued and increased use of sustainable fabrics including; 100% organic cotton in knits, recycled polyester from plastic bottles and post-consumer waste, Modal and Tencel.
