Professional grips need heavy-duty stands they can drag through the mud and put to the test. With a patent pending junior receiver on the Savage C-Stand leg that allows a user to mount multiple lights or modifiers from one stand, set up closer to a corner than ever before, or level the stand on stairs or uneven terrain, Savage now offers a full suite of production solutions to make life on set a little bit easier.
The Savage C-Stand is the first available with a Rocky Mountain leg and turtle base combination. The leg leveler enables the stand to be positioned safely on stairs or uneven surfaces, which is an important feature for on-location crews. The removable base with female junior receiver lets a user mount a light or other equipment ultra-low to the ground, another feature useful for optimizing gear in compact spaces.
Mount multiple lights or modifiers with the two 40” (102cm) and 20” (51cm) included risers from one stand to maximize output with less equipment in the way. Or, transfer a riser to the junior receiver on the leg to set up the stand snugly in a corner.
The Savage C-Stand is available in stainless steel and black coated stainless steel to protect from rust. Product variations also include 20” (51cm) or 40” (102cm) sizes, a kit with a 40” (102cm) steel grip arm and two gobo head clamps as well as individual parts sold separately.
