Worlds of Opportunities (WOO) brings to market a wide range of deep luxury lifestyle products of which quality design, simple aesthetic and premium materials have the unique added allure of social and environmental responsibility. The brand’s portfolio is expansive, featuring home fragrances, personal care items, wearables, homeware, accessories and stationery.

WOO is the brainchild of a creative and compassionate Dutch social entrepreneur who simply wanted to make a difference. Driven by her passion to bring about positive change, Saskia de Knegt made an ambitious personal goal to improve the lives of one million people by 2025. Armed with her experience in the medical, business and development sectors, along with the love and support of her four daughters, Saskia made the courageous move to WOO the world.

When Worlds of Opportunities first unveiled its upcycled Lucky Candle at the 2012 Maison&Objet Paris trade show, the brand was lauded as “one of the most innovative lifestyle companies of today.” The European press embraced the candle’s shining example of how Worlds of Opportunities mobilizes and connects in order to give people from poor and disadvantaged communities - beekeepers, bottle collectors, glass cutters, sandblasters and wax mixers - a WOO chance at life.
