In 2025, the PMMI Foundation generated $1.2 million in total industry investment through its Skills Fund matching program, supporting over 70 North American programs and benefiting more than 17,000 students. The Foundation also awarded more than $168,000 in academic scholarships and provided over $75,000 to bring more than 1,000 students to PACK EXPO events. Additional initiatives included 23 co-branded summer camps, a presence at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference engaging 19,000+ students, and sponsorship of FIRST Robotics and Tech Challenge teams — all aimed at building a strong talent pipeline for the packaging and processing industry.
