Magnetic Floor Sweepers
Master Magnetics offers a complete line of magnetic sweepers featuring push, hang or trailer-type styles. The super-powered, permanent magnet assemblies, ranging from 12 to 96 inches in width, are perfect for the fast and efficient removal of hazardous scrap metal debris from warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, workshops and other high-traffic areas.
Magnetic sweepers have many advantages including fast clean-up and reducing the risk of personal injury.
On/Off Workholding and Welding Magnets
Designed to keep both hands free to safely work on the project at hand, welding magnets provide an ideal fast and accurate set up. Strong, neodymium magnets securely hold metal objects in place for perfectly aligned edges.
On/Off magnetic welding squares provide additional flexibility during pre and post welding, allowing the user to determine when to engage with the magnet. Easy to use with pre-tapped holes for versatile mounting, just place these powerful on/off magnets on two mating steel surfaces to accurately position material for welding. A simple push of the handle allows users to turn the handle to the ‘on’ position and secure for working. A reverse turn disengages the magnet and allows for safe storage.
Magnetic Bulk Parts Lifters
Heavy-Duty Magnetic Bulk Parts Lifters allow for easy transferring of bulk metal pieces including nails, screws, nuts, washers, eyebolts or other ferrous metal items. Simply pick-up any ferrous materials with the heavy-duty magnet, then pull on the release bar to drop the load at the desired location.
Standard or long-handled models are available, up to 32 inches tall, to reach into barrels or deeper cartons.
The latest addition to Master Magnetics’ roster of parts lifters is the uniquely styled Magnetic Multi-Lift. Encased in a durable, lightweight plastic housing, powerful ceramic magnet allows for easy transfer of bulk metal pieces including nails, screws, nuts and washers.
With a 30-inch handle and easy-grip release handle, the Magnetic Multi-Lift has a maximum lift rate of 20 lb. and is ideal for warehouses, workshops and more.
Magnetic Tool Holders
Magnetic Tool Holders are heavy-duty, permanent magnet assemblies to hold tools of all sizes and metal parts securely in place. They are ideal for manufacturing facilities, maintenance areas, workshops or even inside trucks and vans. The bars mount to any surface, held firmly in place by welded tabs, with .25 inch holes for screws. Rated at over 20 lb. per inch pull strength holding power, they are available in two finishes and three lengths, making it easy to keep tools neatly within reach.
Magnetic Hooks
A full line of magnetic hooks provides storage and safety options in the warehouse. Available in a range of sizes and pull strengths up to 65 lb., magnetic hooks are a great choice for aisle and lane chains; and storage of cables, chains, wires and tools.
Simple to move and reuse in various locations throughout factories and warehouses, this line of magnetic hooks features different attachments, including carabineers, key ring hooks, swivel hooks and reversible hooks.
Magnetic Assemblies
Round base magnetic assemblies feature threaded bases or hooks, providing a range of mounting and holding options for industrial and manufacturing industries. A variety of sizes, styles and pull strengths are available.
Grade 42 Neodymium Magnetic Assemblies can be used to hold or mount tools, lighting, exhibit fixtures and other items in locations such as warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The magnets are fabricated in a zinc-plated, shallow cup assembly, which is then magnetized to provide the holding strength. The magnets range from 18 to 175 lb. pull, while the largest magnet is only 1.89 inches in diameter.
Rubber Coated Magnetic Assemblies also are made from neodymium magnets and possess a pull range of 20 to 105 lb. Covered with a black protective rubber coating to prevent scratching, the magnets are available in both male and female SAE threaded models.
