PACIFIC INSTRUMENTS GRANTED U.S. PATENT FOR ITS INNOVATIVE ROD BENDER

Honolulu, Hawaii. June 20, 2019. Pacific Instruments Inc., a globally recognized contract manufacturer and procurement source of orthopedic instruments, announces that it has been granted a US Patent No. 10,327,828 (published June 24, 2019) from the US Patent and Trademark Office for its innovative rod bender design that easily bends hard materials like cobalt chrome spinal fixation rods. Partnering with Loukas Medical Inc., a design consulting firm, Pacific Instruments proves they are a global leader in the orthopedic industry to keep raising the bar of quality and design of orthopedic instruments based on its technical expertise gained over 27 years in the orthopedic industry.

Along with its patented rod bender, Pacific Instruments continues its growth in the orthopedic industry with a second patent pending surgical instrument design; a recent CE certification to market some of our instruments in the European Union; and an innovative instrument set for trauma in development.
