Safety Culture Change is a proven process that significantly that reduces accidents and injuries by changing unsafe attitudes and behaviors. Most trainings and approaches have limited success in changing unsafe attitudes and behaviors. What works and what doesn't work will be described. Fully implemented, Safety Culture Change fully can reduce recordable Injuries by 50–100% in the first year. Lost-time injuries are reduced by 100% in most cases. Communication and participation also show a significant improvement. This also applies to manufacturing and quality areas. A mini training will give participants a better understanding and feel for how to change unsafe attitudes and behaviors.
