As a Division II Compliance administrator, you will frequently hear the phrase "Life in the Balance." What does it mean? The phrase comes from the Division II strategic-positioning platform, which is the basis for Division II's approach to intercollegiate athletics. Additionally, "Life in the Balance" ensures efforts are being made to help administrators and coaches with their work-life balance. Compliance administrators are among the busiest of personnel and are responsible for educating, monitoring, and enforcing the institutional, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. This educational session will provide advice and guidance on maintaining a balanced life in a small compliance office.
