Metrics are essential when measuring fundraising success, but one of the most important factors of fundraising productivity is the team culture. During this session, we will discuss metrics, meeting and development structure, team building ideas, and problem solving techniques that help establish and preserve good relationships and lead to team fundraising success. We will also open the discussion to share tips and ideas that aid in culture development.
