This paper describes the process of eliminating red rust while increasing return on investment (ROI) and customer satisfaction with ultraviolet coating technology. This process offers faster line speed (nearly an instant cure), a smaller equipment footprint, lower energy costs and lower quality costs, while delivering cleaner steel with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
