Study of Comprehensive Reutilization of Iron-Bearing Dusts (Room 401)

During the steel production process, a large amount of iron-containing dust will also be generated, which is difficult to be reused directly and fully and even leads to wasting of the resource and environmental pollution. Hence, it is necessary to dispose of the dust in a comprehensive manner based on its properties. This paper introduces several environmentally friendly processes, namely the rotary hearth furnace process, the cold-bonded pellet process and the homogenization process, which can help to effectively recycle the valuable elements for different kinds of dust. Utilizing systematic planning and design, a comprehensive recycling process was put forth to realize 100% recycling for the steel works.
