Projects are endeavors that are highly collaborative require its key implementation partners to work in unison and follow processes that are aligned with each other, transparent and interfaced. Out-of-sync stakeholders may put the project in jeopardy even if one or some of them are in sync. Hence, it is imperative that all the key partners, e.g., the project owner, consultant and the contractor, follow an agreed PM methodology, data transparency for visibility, and a collaborative risk assessment and response strategy. Simply, they should be in sync in following project management methodology. The article to follow elaborates on this concept.
