This workshop is designed for those who are newcomers to quality assurance in the rail industry. You will learn the basics of building a manual adherent to AAR M1003, Section J, Chapter 2. You’ll have the opportunity to get started on your own plan sketching out an organizational chart, inspection and test plan and other key components of the manual. You will leave with the knowledge of where to start your manual based on your M-1003 activity codes and how to meet the requirements by providing a summary of all 24 elements of chapter 2.
