This presentation will give an overview of the Belt Railway of Chicago's Positive Train Control (PTC) implementation journey.
Nick Chodorow, the Belt Railway Company of Chicago's CIO and executive owner of the PTC project, will give the presentation. The session will give attendees an overview of issues a host railroad must address to implement and support PTC operations. Included are lessons learned that will be helpful to railroaders working on PTC implementation, whether a host or tenant railroad.
