Different generations may prefer different means of communications, meetings, etc. This interactive panel discussion will try to answer some questions such as why members join and remain as members, how officers should contact members, and what type of events/locations would entice you to join. Local Groups need to offer a variety of events to attract and retain them. But the leaders don’t have to do all the planning — each generation is capable of doing it.
